What does IT accreditation provide?
State accreditation of organizations operating in the field of information technology is carried out by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia on the basis of existing regulations, including Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 2, 2022 No. 83. According to official sources, government support measures include:- providing preferential mortgage at a rate of up to 5% per annum to employees aged 22-50;
- simplification of procedures for employmentand obtaining a residence permit for foreign citizens attracted to work in accredited IT companies;
- providinga deferment from conscriptionfor compulsory military service to citizens who meet the requirements for education and experience;
- providing deferment from partial mobilization for those with higher education in specialties established by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
