RemTEK electric actuators are designed to control shut-off and shut-off and control valves operated at any production facilities. The electric motor is protected from power cuts, short circuits, overheating, and reduced insulation. Explosion protection marking - “1 Exd IIB T4 X”.

Reliable and durable, RemTEK are designed to operate at pressure ratings from 1.6 to 25 MPa, providing impeccable performance and safety. Our technology is your key to trouble-free operation in the most demanding environments. The degree of protection of the shell from moisture and dust is IP67. Operating temperaturesfrom -63°C to +50°C. Supply voltage range from +47% to -50% of nominal.

When developing design features, we took into account simple, convenient, safe and quick commissioning of the electric drive using a built-in infrared port, USB interface, WIFI interface. 

Emergency situations will be under control, thanks to the capabilities of the built-in control station and the presence of a manual override. Failures will not be repeated in the future, the built-in “Black Box” event recorder will save for the user all the necessary information to prevent problems.

If the Customer has wishes regarding management principles, we will be happy to offer several options, depending on needs:

• modification with built-in frequency converter “V”;
• modification with built-in thyristor converter “S”;
• modification with external magnetic reversing starter “M”
