The service department of NPP "TEK" has all the necessary engineering and production resources to carry out equipment repair work, including a certified quality management system ISO 9001:2008, all necessary licenses and permits.
We have a continuously replenished reserve of spare parts and finished products for equipment repair.
We are happy to provide all the necessary information for setting up and commissioning the equipment.

Service agreement NPP "TEK"
NPP "Tomsk Electronic Company" offers customers service contracts, according to which NPP "TEK" carries out work on commissioning the equipment and guarantees the restoration of the equipment's functionality within the time period agreed with the Customer.
The presence of a service agreement during the post-warranty period of operation gives the Customer confidence in the reliable operation of the equipment and allows minimizing the damage from possible downtime caused by equipment failure.
A service contract can be concluded both during the warranty and post-warranty period of operation and involves various forms of organizing service:
Possibility to select the mode and range of technical support services
Possibility of providing replacement equipment during repairs
Possibility of periodic visits to the Customer by a team of qualified specialists
Possibility of emergency dispatch of a team of qualified specialists to the Customer
Possibility of permanent presence of engineering and technical personnel at the Customer’s site
